Orders placed before 3pm CT process and ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm CT will ship the following business day.

If you’ve already placed an order, log in to your account, under the My Orders section you’ll see your order status and details. You can also keep tabs on your order through the Track Your Shipment link in your shipping confirmation email.

If UPS is unable to deliver any package(s) because of an incorrect delivery address, or if you contact us about an incorrect delivery address after your package(s) has shipped, we will have the package(s) returned to us. This will result in a $17 return to sender charge per tracking number and it will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for placing a new order with the correct delivery address.
If USPS is unable to deliver any package(s) due to an incorrect delivery address, it will automatically be returned to the sender after the first delivery attempt. We will refund you for the order that is being returned to us, and you can place a new order with the correct delivery address at your convenience, and we will refund you for the original order.
All orders shipping to military bases will ship USPS or UPS. Our LTL carrier does not have military base clearance. Shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO is unavailable at this time.
If your order is shipping LTL freight, a signature is required at the time of delivery.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will attempt to reach you at the phone number you provided. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact us on how to proceed.
Each additional delivery attempt will result in an additional surcharge that will need to be paid prior to the next delivery attempt.
Missing packages can be frustrating, but don't worry! We're here to help. While most packages turn up for our customers within six days, you might consider the following:
Check that your shipping address is correct.
Always a good idea!
Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.
Boxes may be in backyards, hidden behind bushes, or with neighbors.
Give it six days.
From time to time, carriers mark packages as delivered before actual delivery. Packages displaying this error typically arrive within six business days.
